  1. As an agent I see Trelora and discount listing homes sit on the market and sell for below market all day long so a seller is taking a huge risk going with one of these non traditional routes and stories like yours certainly don t paint the whole picture.

    1. We often see this too and agree, it does not paint the entire picture. One of the biggest factors our data shows is offering fair market commissions to buyer agents.
